Dr. Robert Manna received his Bachelor's degree from West Virgina University and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life College of Chiropractic in 1994. He is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners.   He founded Manna Family Chiropractic, P.C., in 1998 to offer the benefits of chiropractic care to the citizens of Rome. 

Dr. Manna is also a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, GA, and served as a special agent from 1983 to 1990.  In 1990 he was told by a medical doctor that he needed surgery for a wrist injury, but chose to see a chiropractor.  The rest is history...the chiropractor helped him, he changed careers, and today, he a dedicated chiropractor.  

"Dr. Bob" has received recognition for promoting chiropractic in the United States, Canada, Australia and 17 other countries around the world.


Dr. Bob is engaged to the most beautiful lady he's ever met, and enjoys his beautiful 10 acre farm which includes, one cat and two horses.  

Gideon Routh

Gideon Routh has been with the practice since 2018.  Gideon is native of Namibia, a country in Africa just north of South Africa.

In his spare time, Gideon enjoys being with his wife and his two young children.
